Overview
Red Phoenix Trading Pty Ltd provide our products to you subject to the following Terms of Service. If you browse or make a purchase from our website, or in person, you accept these Terms of Service.
This website is operated by Red Phoenix Trading Pty Ltd (henceforth referred to as “Red Phoenix”) ABN 78 092 731 783. References to “us”, “we” & “our” mean Red Phoenix, and references to “you” & “your” mean you, the user of the website.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products & services to you.
Ordering Goods
Anyone purchasing online needs to register, and this allows us to fulfil your order.
If you wish to order more of an item than the inventory indicates, please email us at contact@redphoenix.com.au and we will advise what the restocking status is, and allow us to contact you when item is back in stock.
Made To Order : We make quite a range of product ourselves such as artwork and cushions, which is indicated by a “made to order” note in the product description. The time to produce is a guide only and while we will do our best to meet or beat that time, we cannot be held accountable for any delay, but we will keep you informed.
Wholesale/Trade: Our online site shows retail prices, and no wholesale/trade discounts are incorporated at checkout. Therefore registered wholesale and trade customers need to order via email or phone, ensuring minimum order requirements are met. We will prepare and send a draft order with appropriate discounted prices & freight. Please note that “Made to Order” products are subject to a wholesale discount, but less than the standard.
NB We reserve the right to refuse a wholesale/trade order of a product if there is an existing stockist of the product in the immediate area, or if the purchase is deemed for personal use.
Pricing
The prices used on the site are retail-based, in Australian dollars. GST and any shipping charges are additional, and appear at checkout.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe & portray our products. However, colours may vary due to lighting & as to how they appear on your screen.
Our products are unique & most are individually hand-crafted. As such the colour and finish can vary, or there can be minor imperfections which are inherent in the making of the product, and add to the character of the piece.
These are not considered grounds for refund or replacement.
And we do not refund for “change of mind”, so please choose carefully.
If you consider an item(s) received from us to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, you need to notify us by email within 48 hrs of delivery for retail purchases, and 7 days for bulk wholesale orders. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Retention of Title
Ownership of goods transfers from seller to buyer upon full payment.
For account purchases (on credit terms), the property of the goods does not pass to you until you have paid all monies owing to us.
Risk in the goods passes to you at the time the goods are delivered; or if you have arranged collection yourself, at the time the good are picked up.
Copyright
All content included in our website, Facebook page & Instagram, is the property of Red Phoenix or its content suppliers, and is protected by international copyright laws. Use of any content without prior permission is prohibited.
Privacy
Any personally identifiable information that you submit through, or in relation to the website, is collected and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Third Party Links
Certain content, products & services available via our online operation may include materials from 3rd party websites. We are not liable for any issues arising from use of the 3rd party website …… such issues should be directed to the 3rd party .
User Comments/Feedback
If you forward to us submissions, creative ideas, suggestions, you agree that we may , at any time, without restriction, edit, copy or use such material. We are & shall be under no obligation to (1) maintain any comments in confidence; (2) pay compensation; or (3) respond to any comments.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to amend the Terms from time to time.
Amended terms come into effect when they are posted on the website.
