Shipping policy

Thankyou for visiting & shopping at Red Phoenix. Our Shipping Policy is as follows, and please note we aim to keep our shipping rates as low as possible.

Small Items/Small Parcels (within Australia)

We will generally use Australia Post for small consignments. Our shipping rates, applied at checkout, are calculated on the weight and/or volume of the total order.

Large/Bulky Orders (within Australia)

For composite, larger orders involving greater weight/volume (eg wholesale orders), we will usually utilise TNT, as the most cost-effective freight option. In this case, the order will be invoiced directly from us to you, with shipping cost included.

Re-delivery

If you are unable to accept delivery (eg no-one at home, not safe to leave), or the delivery agent is unable to deliver a business order during normal business hours, then re-delivery charges will apply if incurred.

Local Pick-Up

You can save on shipping cost, if you elect to collect from our inner-city Sydney warehouse in Ultimo (Unit J5EA, Ultimo Trade Centre, 39 Jones Street, Ultimo, NSW 2007). If this is the case, you need to click “local pickup” at checkout and contact us (via email initially), to arrange an appointment time.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available, just select at checkout.

But even if this option is not selected, we may, where practical, deliver your item(s) direct from our warehouse, especially when the product is of a fragile or bulky nature.

Overseas Orders

We will provide a quote for international shipping, depending on size & weight of your order items. Red Phoenix is not responsible for any customs/tax charges applied to the order.

NB Due to overseas freight uncertainty, we have suspended overseas orders at present.
