Frequently Asked Questions

Orders generally ship within 2-5 business days for finished stock items. Goods designated as “Made To Order” will be approx. 2-4 weeks to make. We will advise if any delays are foreseen.

Orders are shipped from our Sydney location. Shipping times equate to Australia Post schedules for small packages, and standard national courier schedules for larger, bulk shipments.

Normally we would – it would involve you emailing us your requirement and destination address, and we would arrange a shipment quote. However, given the uncertainty of international shipping due to Covid19, we have suspended overseas orders at present. You can still email us with your preferences, and we’ll get back to you when the situation changes.  

You can pick up your order from the warehouse and save on shipping. Just select the “local pickup” option at checkout, then we’ll be in touch to arrange a time to meet …. warehouse access is by appointment only, as the opening times are variable in the current circumstances.

Simply register by completing the form on the Wholesale page. We will assess your request and confirm approval, usually within 48 hours. Once approved, email or phone your order or enquiries to us, as before. We will then send a draft order with appropriate discounted prices. 

Please note that "Made To Order" items carry a slightly lower discount rate. To qualify for wholesale status, you must have a definitive retail selling site, servicing the general public. Minimum order $A300 wholesale pre gst/freight.
